BUSINESS MISSION
BLOCK 1: OVERVIEW OF TARGET COUNTRIES

Immersion in the specifics of the market from economic and technological reviews to the culture of business communication and mentality in the country.

BLOCK 2: STRATEGIES TO ENTER ASIAN MARKETS

Studying tools for positioning your product in the target market and determining a strategy for going abroad. Address issues from the analysis of competitors and potential consumers to the legal aspects of doing business.

BLOCK 3: PREPARING FOR A PITCH SESSION

Brainstorming day in Skolkovo:

• Group work: analysis of slides within a team together with experts
• Express demo day: defense of presentations in front of the teams

STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT

Using the basic theoretical knowledge acquired in the educational module, startups are planning a strategy to advance to the international market. Independent work takes place in conjunction with consultations with mentors.

MENTORING
Individual meetings with international experts in industries tailored to the goals and objectives of the company.

 

Pitch's rehearsal

• Evaluation of presentation materials from experts
• Obtaining advice from strategy experts for further development
• Predicting questions from the target audience of the demo day
• Analysis of additional questions from the project

Demo-Day
Presentation of projects to potential clients, partners, technology corporations, start-up support institutions, venture funds.
 
Matchmaking
Based on the results of the demo day, a schedule of individual B2B meetings with potential foreign partners is formed:
• Organization of at least 3 meetings per project
• Format: online
• Accompaniment of meetings with trackers
• Assistance in initial communication with potential partners
• Feedback session: discussion of the results of meetings with projects

As a result of the program, a startup receives a memo in the form of an action plan for further international development. The map will showcase the company's ideas and progress in a given direction. This will help in the future to orient the startup in terms of goals and objectives.

The main goal of the accelerator – is to generate partnership opportunities with large international organizations: from support institutions to technology corporations.
Do it yourself. COMPETENCES
FOR INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
After successfully completing the accelerator program, the project does not depend on the support of experts and can independently expand the network of partners and work out a strategy for global promotion.
